Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At Sundarban Books, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refunds will only be issued within 7 days of the delivery date, and only if there is damage to the quality of the book(s) provided sufficient evidence of such damage is provided. To request a refund, please contact us at sundarbanbooks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Upon receipt of your request, we will review the evidence provided and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 4 working days.

In exceptional cases where we are unable to process a refund, we shall issue a promo code for the customer. This code is applicable across all books on our website.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for change of mind or if the customer no longer wants the product.

We also offer the option of an exchange or replacement, subject to the same conditions as outlined above.
